Cancellation Policy
Any appointments cancelled less than 24 hours before your scheduled service will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the total services originally booked. No shows will be subject to 100% cancellation fee. Late arrivals: Clients arriving more than 15 minutes past their scheduled appointment time may have to forfeit their appointment slot and may be subject to a late cancellation fee of 50% of the total service that they were scheduled for. Please reach out to me if you know that you will be running late.
•Notes for your appointment•
✨Mane Avenue Studio is located in the Activ Space building on the 4th floor in Suite 403. When you arrive walk through the breezeway, to the elevator and dial 403 “call”. This will allow me to open the elevator door and also alerts me that you have arrived to your appointment. Please do not arrive earlier than your scheduled time as there is no waiting area in the studio.
